About
A consulting firm for small businesses that feel stuck
ALT Consulting has operated from Miami, Florida since 2019.
What we do
ALT Consulting is a consulting firm that helps small businesses get unstuck on hiring and managing people, sales team performance, customer service processes and growth.
Who we work with
Our clients are small businesses where hires do not stick, managers are stretched, sales depend on a few people or customer service has broken down. If that describes your business, we should talk.
How we work
We start with how the work gets done today, not with a template. In our view, a stuck business usually has a process problem, not a people problem.
We find the step that is failing, fix it with your team and leave you with a process you can run on your own.
Where we are
